Server Rules

By creating a master account, you automatically accept these following rules.

USER AGREEMENT AND POLICY

• 1.1 Server rules apply to all players without exception.
• 1.2 User automatically accepts the rules after account registration.
• 1.3 Ignorance or misunderstanding of the rules does not exempt you from liability in case of their violation.
• 1.4 Advertising or providing any information about other game servers is not allowed.
• 1.6 Server staff reserves the right to:
• 1.6.1 Consider the actions of players at their discretion and apply sanctions not provided for by these rules, if necessary.
• 1.6.2 Review and make decisions on collective inquiries from players.
• 1.6.3 Changing the rules without notice and consent of the players.
• 1.7 The account owner is always responsible for his account, even if the owner shares his account details or game account is hacked.
• 1.8 As mentioned before, sharing account is allowed, use @security in-game to configure you own security of account.
• 1.9 In case of repeated violations, we are entitled to apply more severe sanctions.

ACCOUNTS AND NAMES OF THE CHARACTERS

General Rules

• 2.1 Your account name and email is a passport for your characters. Only with this information you can rely on the help of server staff.
• 2.1.1 You may be denied support if during the registration process you used a temporary e-mail, or it is not an existing email address.
• 2.1.2 This also applies to any service that does not allow valid information to be verified (Proxy-Server, VPN Service) and more.
• 2.2 Using obscene, provocative, offensive or inappropriate nicknames is not allowed.
• 2.2.1 Also using a GM name is strictly forbidden.

Security of your account.

• 2.3 You are responsible for the security of your account. Please choose strong passwords and do not share information to outsiders.
• 2.3.1 When you send your account or gaming details to third parties (including members of the guild, friends, scammers, links, viruses), your gaming values will not be returned.
• 2.4 The staff is not responsible for stolen gaming values.
• 2.5 Please, do not use the same combination of login/password/e-mail from others game projects.
• 2.6 Server staff will not require you account passwords. We may require your login/username, email or IP address.
• 2.7 Purchase, sale and exchange gaming values (Items, Zeny, Accounts) for real money or their equivalent is strictly forbidden.
• 2.8 Dissemination of informations between other Ragnarok Online servers is not allowed.

GAME CLIENT AND THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

Not allowed

• 3.1 Open a second game client somehow.
• 3.2 Using packet and visual bots.
• 3.3 Using timer scripts and auto-clickers for auto-feed/auto-wing/anti-afk/auto-hide and etc.
• 3.4 Using skill-spam auto-clickers (even if you only want to use it to craft items).
• 3.5 Using multiple hardware (Virtual Machine).
• 3.6 Using multiple pc to bypass Multi-Client restriction.

GAMEPLAY

4.1 General rules

• 4.1.1 Is not allowed using bugs in the game client or server side to receive any advantage or affecting server stability and withholding information about it.
• 4.1.2 Disrespectful and humiliating attitude towards other players is strictly forbidden.
• 4.1.3 Is not allowed requesting and use secret informations from other players, such as account details, payment information etc.
• 4.1.4 In the towns is not allowed use skills too often and open warp portals on respawn cell.
• 4.1.5 Disrespect towards staff members is not allowed. The actions and decisions of staff members regarding players are not and will not be questionable.
• 4.1.6 Is not allowed using items near players that interfere another player, with the exception of the situation PvP and MvP.
• 4.1.7 Harass other players and server staff is strictly forbidden.
• 4.1.8 Use @noks command to prevent monster stealing and kill stealing (If a player witnesses such behavior, they can file a complaint against the offender, and appropriate actions will be taken by the server staff.)
• 4.1.7 Leaving all monsters on the map with a low HP level is not allowed, and kill stealing is not welcome.
• 4.1.7 Using “Ice Wall” skill is not allowed for blocking a standard warp portal on other location.

4.2 MvP/Mini-Boss gameplay

• 4.2.1 MvPs are free-for-all.
• 4.2.2 Do not use skills to hinder others from participating in killing an MvP or otherwise playing the game as intended. Here are a few common examples:
• 4.2.2.1 Do not use Warp Portal to attempt to warp players away.
• 4.2.2.2 Do not cast Pneuma on the MvP to prevent ranged attacks from hitting the mob.
• 4.2.2.3 Do not purposely rude attack the MvP to make it teleport.
• 4.2.2.4 Do not Heal monsters or Mvps!

• 4.2.3 Using “Ice Wall” skill is allowed if nobody except you or your party is interfering with the monster.
• 4.2.4 If another party interferes with the said monster, the Ice Wall skill remains allowed as long as it does not prevent the other group from interfering with it (for survival purposes for example).
• 4.2.5 Kill steal on MvP and Miniboss (except for those minibosses to which the @noks command applies) is allowed.

4.3 Vending

• 4.3.1 Do not put false advertisements in the shop title with the intention of deceiving buyers.
• 4.3.2 Do not attempt to block vending locations for the sole sake of reserving space. Server staff reserves the right to kick and/or punish violators of shops at their discretion.
• 4.3.3 Do not set up a Buying Store with prices less than their value sale to NPC.
• 4.3.4 Do not sell at ridiculous prices. Whether they are too inexpensive or expensive (1z or 1,000,000,000z for a Two-Handed Axe).
• 4.3.5 You can sell/buy inside the dungeons/fields to block the map reset.
• 4.3.5.1 Staff reserves the right to kick/jail/ban sellers/buyers (at its discretion) blocking map reset for too long on high-risk maps (for example bio3).

4.4 Dead Branches, Azoth or Hylozoist Card

• 4.4.1 All monsters from Dead Branches are FFA (Free For All).
• 4.4.2 Staff reserves the right to clean locations at its discretion
• 4.4.2.1 Please understand that ill-mannered activities with DB/BB cannot be completely prevented.
• 4.4.2.2 We understand your frustration and we thank you for your patience.

4.5 Battleground

• 4.5.1 Avoid AFK abuse in Battleground.
• 4.5.2 Players joining the battleground should play the mode as intended.
• 4.5.2.1 Do not abuse sit.
• 4.5.2.2 Do not intentionally let a team win.
• 4.5.3 Using multiple pc to bypass Multi-Client restriction.

COMMUNICATION

General Rules

• 5.1.1 Is not allowed insults, threats, blackmail, sexual harassment, incitement of ethnic, Interracial discord.
• 5.1.2 Is not allowed spam and flood in general chat, writing one word per line, writing all uppercase words (CAPS LOCK), repetitive messages, annoying advertising messages.
• 5.1.3 Is not allowed gossiping, share misinformation about server staff and other players.
• 5.1.4 Is not allowed using and promotion of any form of the game or gaming community images with Nazi symbols or similar to Nazi attributes and symbols of confusion.

Communication with the Server Staff

• 5.2.1 When communicating with the staff members, player must be courteous, polite and patient. The player must briefly, clearly and without the use of slang to talk about their problem.
• 5.2.2 Communication with staff members must be done in French or English.

Communication in channels

• 5.3.1 Flood and spam are prohibited in all channels (for example, writing the same type of messages several times in a row, writing meaningless messages, etc).
• 5.3.2 Sending trading messages to channels other than #trade is not allowed.
• 5.3.3 Sending messages in an other language than English to the #main channel is not allowed.
• 5.3.4 Sending political, nationalistic or racist messages is strictly forbidden.
• 5.3.5 Sending messages about illegal drugs is strictly forbidden.
• 5.3.6 Sending messages with insults to the administration and bashing at the administration is prohibited.

PUNISHMENT

• 6.1 Sanctions are applied if there is direct evidence of violations.
• 6.1.1 To report a player:
• 6.1.1.1 Screenshot or Replay attached to the complaint on the character.
• 6.1.1.2 Must necessarily be clear violation of the rules with violator nickname.
• 6.1.1.3 Editing screenshots or image resizing are not allowed.
• 6.1.1.4 Chat should be open to a maximum height.
• 6.1.1.5 The validity of the screenshot is not more than 7 days.
• 6.1.2 If you were noticed by Staff Members at the time of violation:
• 6.1.2.1 Same conditions of 6.1.1
• 6.1.2.2 Server logs (Optional).
• 6.2 All reports should be sent via DM discord to the staff Members. Reports sended by other way means will not be considered.

SANCTIONS LIST

Staff members may apply the following sanctions on violators:

• 7.1 Account blocking - Temporary or permanent account blocking.
• 7.2 Blocking IP - Blocking access to the game server from a specific IP or group of IP.
• 7.3 Blocking hardware - Blocking access to the game server from a specific hardware or group of hardware.
• 7.4 Confiscation of property - Complete or partial confiscation of property from one character or all characters on game account.
• 7.5 Mute - Blocking send messages in channel(s).
• 7.6 Jail time - Temporarily sends the character to prison.

Rules are not limited to those written here. Just because it is not specifically mentioned does not mean it is allowed. Please use common sense. If you think that something is missing there, notify us.
